Benny had a shiny/colorful/pretty butterfly net he wanted to play with, but Ruby wouldn't let/allow/permit him to use it. Benny felt very sad/disappointed/lonely. He went away to play by himself.

Benny was so happy/surprised/excited! He and Ruby played together for a long time, sharing all their toys. From that day on, Ruby learned the importance of sharing/kindness/giving.

Penny Penguin waddled to the side of the icy cliff. She looked down and squealed in alarm. Her best friend, Clyde, was frozen in a pile of snow! He'd tried to jump over the drift but had fallen. Now he couldn't move his flippers. Penny knew she had to help. She quickly gathered some rocks and dug at the snow, trying to make a path for her friend. It was hard work, but Penny didn't give up. Finally, after much toiling, she freed Wally from his snowy prison! Wally was so happy that he gave Penny a big peck. They both waddled away, happy to be together again.
